Role description
We’re a family-owned outdoor furniture manufacturer and wholesaler passionate about delivering high-quality, stylish products to our network of retailers. As we continue to grow, we’re eager to find the right person to join our team—someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and excited to wear many hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We’re willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This full-time role supports both Product Management and Marketing, working closely with our internal teams and external partners to maintain and promote our product catalog across various channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on everything from eCommerce product listings to catalog creation, social media content, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information including materials, dimensions, copywriting, and imagery.
• Work within NetSuite and SuiteCommerce to manage product data and listings.
• Assist in annual product photoshoots and help coordinate new product setup across internal systems and with retailer platforms.
• Create and manage product materials such as UPC catalogs, hang tags, carton markings, and assembly instructions.
• Oversee product lifecycle tasks including new product additions and discontinuations across multiple eCommerce channels (e.g., Wayfair, Houzz, West Elm, Home Depot, Overstock, LL Bean, etc.).
• Conduct regular audits on eCommerce listings to ensure accuracy.
Marketing
• Update and maintain marketing materials such as our annual catalog, price list, and industry advertisements.
• Create and schedule weekly social media content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Produce email campaigns using Constant Contact
Website Management
• Coordinate with our website development team to add or remove products.
• Write product and brand content for the website and perform regular audits for outdated or missing information.
Sales & Industry Events
• Travel to attend market alongside sales team 2–3 times per year to meet with customers and retailers.
Customer Service (Everyone on our team helps here!)
• Respond to consumer inquiries and support tickets.
• Process replacement parts.
• Help with order processing, booking, and customer requests when team members are away.
Who You Are:
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects across departments.
• Comfortable with tech platforms like NetSuite, eCommerce portals, and social media tools (we’re happy to train).
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
If you're looking for a place where your work truly matters and you can grow alongside a supportive, passionate team—we’d love to hear from you!
