Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will manage day-to-day marketing activity, coordinate with agencies and deliver promotional campaigns that support both sales and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver promotional campaigns across social, eCommerce, and retail. • Manage the campaign calendar, coordinating monthly promotions and seasonal activations. • Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement. • Act as the main contact for agencies covering SEO, paid social, and email marketing. • Oversee social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with campaigns. • Ensure websites are updated with product launches, promotions, and accurate listings. • Brief and coordinate designers, photographers, and content creators. • Review creative assets to maintain brand consistency. • Compile monthly eCommerce performance reports and highlight growth opportunities. • Support retail activations and prepare trade materials such as sell-in decks. • Assist with general marketing support including budget tracking and admin tasks. The Person • 2–3 years of brand marketing experience. • Proven experience managing agencies or external partners. • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. • Proficiency with Shopify eCommerce platform. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel. • Confident managing multiple social media channels.
