Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days office in London, 3 days WFH)
Salary: £40,000 per year
Reports To: Founder / CMO
Company: SKN TO SKN
Start date: ASAP
About Us:
SKN TO SKN is a category-first skincare brand that recently launched nationwide in 183 Boots stores across the UK and Ireland and online. Founded by mum of two, Sara Stokes, alongside Professor Caitriona Ryan (Consultant Dermatologist) and Dr Raj Arora (GP and women’s health advocate), we are the first expert-led skincare brand formulated specifically for women who are trying to conceive, pregnant, breastfeeding or postpartum.
We’re a fast-paced, ambitious team, with launches planned with two new e-retailers this September and further retailers in 2026. As a pioneer in a brand-new category, we have the opportunity to become market leaders - and the possibilities are endless.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our small but mighty team and help shape the next phase of SKN TO SKN’s growth. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in delivering day-to-day marketing activity across digital, retail, social, community and influencer channels. We want someone organised, passionate and full of ideas — ready to think outside the box and help us build a brand with purpose, voice and visual impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Campaigns
• Work alongside our social media team to plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, email and blog
• Support the delivery of campaigns for product launches and promotions
• Assist with creating marketing assets (briefing designers, sourcing imagery, light copywriting)
• Write and optimise email marketing content via Klaviyo
• Help manage briefing of our Designer
• Assist with content creation
Retail & Trade Marketing
• Help execute Boots marketing activations (POS, sampling, Boots.com content updates)
• Support with promotional planning and performance reporting across retail channels
Influencer & Community Engagement
• Manage influencer outreach and gifting campaigns
• Maintain our creator and ambassador database
• Monitor brand mentions and help build community through engagement
• Manage our SKNsider community and help build it out
General Marketing Support
• Track key metrics across digital and retail marketing activity
• Conduct research to support PR, partnerships, and NPD marketing
• Help coordinate events, pop-ups or sampling initiatives
Manage External teams (with support)
• Manage our PR and Comms agency
• Manage our Social Media team
• Manage our TikTok team
• Support the needs of our Digital Media agency to execute their campaigns - for example, content briefs
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods
• Strong writing and communication skills – fluent English
• Creative eye with an understanding of brand tone and visual consistency
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Familiar with key tools like Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Drive, CapCut (we can also provide training)
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and supporting women’s health
• Experience working with retail partners like Boots or equivalent
• Is willing and able to work evenings and weekends on occasions when we have events, meetings or conferences
• Is willing and able to travel abroad for events, meetings or conferences
• Is reliable and has passion to get the job done (Time in Lieu).
• Can work collaboratively with others
• Is fun, energetic and general ‘good vibes’ - We want to love doing what we do together
What We Offer:
• £40,000 annual salary
• Flexible working (2 days in London, 3 days working from home)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Time in lieu for working over-time at events, travelling etc.
• Pension contribution
• Opportunity to grow with an early-stage, mission-driven brand
• Supportive, collaborative team culture
• A meaningful role where your work directly supports women through motherhood
• Free product allowance and family and friend discounts
