Marketing Executive
Based in Ramsgate | Full Time | Circa up to £35K
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Executive with a creative edge and a data-driven mindset. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking full ownership of campaigns from concept to execution, and want to make a tangible impact-this is your role.
You'll be central to driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. From creating compelling ad campaigns and managing social media to optimising websites and crafting email workflows, you'll bring a full-stack marketing approach to the table.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the marketing campaigns and funnels using Hubspot.
• Launch Google AD campaigns and run A/B tests on landing pages, emails and ad creatives.
• Write engaging content for digital channels and design visuals using Canva/Adobe.
• Create and manage the social media content calendar, engaging with followers, tracking performances and repurposing content into reels, infographics, etc.
• Update and maintain the website (WordPress experience is a plus).
• Collaborate on UX improvements and on-page SEO, implementing structured URLs, metadata and keyword strategies.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, newsletters and campaigns, building nurturing sequences and automated flows, and maintaining clean, actionable marketing data.
• Track user behaviours and campaign performances with Google Analytics, identifying conversion issues and implementing data-backed improvements with reporting on insights to Senior Leadership.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, building media relationships and contributing to PR initiatives and assisting with trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements:
• Experience in digital marketing (eCommerce or B2B preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Ads, HubSpot, Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite.
• WordPress experience or willingness to learn.
• Eye for design and persuasive copywriting.
• Curious, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Passion for online sales and sustainable commerce.
