Role description
WinWinX is seeking a hands-on Marketing Expert to drive traction and engagement on the WinWinX Platform. This is a doer role — not a managerial position. You must have direct, recent experience creating, writing, and executing high-performing campaigns yourself — including paid social media, PPC, email marketing, and more — specifically in the U.S. market. If you are a growth-driven marketer who loves rolling up your sleeves to build and execute campaigns from scratch, we want to hear from you. You must have a passion for performance marketing, a creative mindset, and a track record of personally producing successful results — not delegating them. Key Responsibilities • Create, write, and execute paid social media and PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) • Write all copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns • Build and execute monthly strategies across all channels • Analyze campaign results and adjust based on performance • Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign effectiveness • Manage SEO and blogging efforts • Maintain brand consistency and voice • Work closely with the COO to align messaging and strategy • No team management – this role is fully executional Who You Are • A marketing generalist with deep hands-on experience — you do the work yourself • Have deep understanding of the U.S. consumer market and what resonates • Thrive in a startup environment where you wear multiple hats • Highly fluent in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.) • Self-starter, creative, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications • 5–8 years of direct experience creating and running digital marketing campaigns • Fintech or e-commerce experience is a plus • Strong copywriting and performance analysis skills • No recent roles that were primarily managerial Education/Experience: • Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience. Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in managing a marketing campaign, in particular in the digital marketing areas of social media, graphic design, email marketing, and copywriting • Previous experience and understanding of the Financial Technology industry and regulations regarding payment processing • Strong business acumen with an understanding of online retail consumer behavior and how to communicate the voice or the brand and brand relevance • Computer Skills: Google Suite of products including Google Ads and Google Analytics, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, Content Planning and Scheduling platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit.
