We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing landscape across two leading jewellery brands with both physical and digital retail footprints.
Role Overview
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across online and retail channels. This role encompasses leading integrated campaigns, managing PR and sponsorship activities, driving creative ideation and execution, and coordinating with teams across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
β’ Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives
β’ Own the annual campaign and events calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery
β’ Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights to stakeholders
β’ Collaborate with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution
Public Relations and Sponsorships
β’ Lead PR strategy and maintain relationships with key media outlets and influencers
β’ Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility
β’ Execute press events, media briefings, and influencer partnerships
Digital and Retail Marketing
β’ Partner with digital teams to drive ecommerce growth through targeted marketing initiatives
β’ Support retail locations with localised marketing, promotions, and experiential events
β’ Work with showroom managers to align with local market needs and customer trends
Creative Leadership
β’ Lead creative ideation sessions and brainstorming workshops for innovative campaign concepts
β’ Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to translate strategic briefs into compelling executions
β’ Oversee creative development from concept to final execution, ensuring brand alignment
β’ Balance creative excellence with brand consistency, budget constraints, and commercial objectives
β’ Present creative concepts to senior stakeholders while maintaining creative integrity
Required Qualifications
β’ 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors
β’ Proven track record in campaign management, PR, media planning, and cross-channel marketing
β’ Strong understanding of digital and retail marketing landscapes
β’ Excellent project management and organisational skills
β’ Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams and external partners
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
β’ Experience with premium or luxury brands
