Are you a hands-on B2B marketer with a passion for Amazon Ads and driving European growth strategy? The Company • Cutting-edge ad management platform for Amazon Advertising and beyond • Blends AI-powered tech with expert services to maximise ad performance • Trusted by brands, sellers, and agencies globally • Backed by advanced analytics and customised automation capabilities • Fast-growing global team The Role • First dedicated Marketing Manager in Europe to launch and lead regional programmes across events, demand generation, and localised campaigns. • Own UK/Europe events strategy and execution, including partner activations with Amazon • Lead regional webinars, LinkedIn campaigns, and content localisation • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to drive leads and brand growth • Track performance through GA4, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and HubSpot Desired Skills & Experience • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS or AdTech Marketing • Strong background in eCommerce, Amazon Ads, DSP, and Amazon Marketing Cloud preferred • Hands-on experience with GA4, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Ads • Fluent in English; French and/or German proficiency desirable • Comfort with up to 25% travel to European events • Hybrid, Central London office
