Role description
MARKETING MANAGER:
At Lana Jewelry the Marketing Manager will be the leader in the marketing and advertising division; responsible for overseeing the success of various marketing initiatives. Some of the typical duties and responsibilities may include:
β’ Developing marketing strategies for new products
β’ Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing
β’ Drive new customer acquisition to Lana Jewelry constantly analyzing & managing ROAS & CAC
β’ Partner with team to effectively manage monthly channel budgets, forecasts & performance planning
β’ Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints
β’ Analyzing website with Ecommerce manager --click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
β’ Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market
β’ Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand
β’ Test into emerging or new media channels to expand audience & reach
β’ Executing promotion of brand for ecommerce and retailers
β’ Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
β’ Always bringing new initiatives and ideas for branding awareness
β’ Be savvy in all platforms and aspects of social media
β’ Manage the full 360 scope of the brand, its changes, and always be savvy and up to date on the latest product technologies to be the breakthrough of newness within the brand
β’ Manage relationships with digital agencies
β’ Strategize, plan, and manage digital marketing initiatives for: SEO/SEM, email, social media, influencer, and display advertising campaigns
WHAT YOUβLL NEED
β’ Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
β’ Proficient with marketing-related software programs
β’ Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events
β’ Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients
β’ Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives
β’ Leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts
β’ Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
β’ QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ 4+ yearsβ experience in luxury, or related field and marketing and digital marketing
β’ BA or MBA
β’ Intermediate to advanced experience in photoshop, Adobe suites, video editing, photography
β’ Ability to work in a highly fast paced environment
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills
β’ Strong relationship management skills
β’ Ability to manage competing priorities & superb organizational skills
β’ Ability to oversee & manage multiple channel budgets & forecasting
