Marketing Manager – Droptics • Location: Los Angeles preferred (Hybrid) • Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) • Type: Full-time • Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 About Droptics Droptics is redefining eye care for modern life. We’re the antidote to screen fatigue, red eyes, and late nights. With a lineup of bold, high-performance eye drops, we’re building the next iconic brand at the intersection of health, wellness, and culture - built for creators, athletes, night owls, and everyday over-doers. We’re now looking for a Marketing Manager to help fuel our next phase of growth. If you’ve got a sharp eye for brand, a scrappy attitude toward execution, and love launching products into culture - this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, retail), collaborating with design, ops, and digital • Influencer & Creator Collabs: Identify, activate, and manage micro-influencers, creators, and talent who align with Droptics’ energy • Retail Marketing: Support launch and sustain marketing for retail partners (Target, Amazon, etc.), including packaging, end caps, and promotional plans • Content & Creative Briefing: Develop briefs and work with designers to produce thumb-stopping creative across social, paid, email, and retail • Brand Calendar & Launches: Maintain campaign calendars and assist in new SKU or product launches across channels • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key campaign KPIs, working with CMO to optimize strategy • Event & Collab Support: Support IRL activations, pop-ups, or collabs that bring Droptics into culture What You Bring • 3–5 years in consumer marketing, ideally in CPG, DTC, or health/wellness • Strong creative instincts with a portfolio of campaign or brand launch experience • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, UGC, or creator outreach • Organized, execution-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, brand-first environment • Understanding of the retail landscape (Target, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) a plus • Experience with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Suite • Passion for health, beauty, wellness, or youth culture Bonus Points • Experience marketing a product with a clinical or wellness crossover (skincare, OTC, supplements, etc.) • Design or copy chops - you don’t need to be a designer, but you speak the language • Prior experience working in a startup or founder-led environment Why Droptics? • Opportunity to help build a breakout brand from the ground up • Work with a team that blends health science, high-performance culture, and creative edge • Competitive compensation, health benefits, and early-stage growth potential To Apply: Send your resume and a quick video about why Droptics is your vibe to hiring@droptics.com
