We partner with some of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands in the world, helping them scale profitably through a combination of strategic media buying and creative excellence. Our culture is fast-paced, creative, and ambitious. We’re passionate about pushing boundaries in eCommerce marketing, and we’re now looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our personal brand and agency visibility, turning attention into leads and growth. Overview: As our Marketing Manager, your mission is to grow the Affluent Agency’s audience, visibility, and inbound leads by managing and amplifying our CEO’s personal brand across LinkedIn, Twitter, and our email newsletter. This is a hands-on content marketing role ideal for someone with an eCommerce or agency background who loves writing, storytelling, and social media. You’ll craft content that sounds human and smart, captures attention, and builds our reputation as the go-to eCommerce growth partner. You’ll plan and execute content calendars, write social posts and newsletters, create lead magnets, and manage social accounts—all with the goal of generating eyeballs, engagement, and email subscribers. Key Responsibilities: • Personal Brand Management: Own and grow the CEO’s LinkedIn and Twitter presence, creating content that drives authority and engagement. • Content Calendar & Social Media: Plan and execute a cohesive content strategy across social platforms and newsletters. • Copywriting: Write compelling posts, threads, emails, and lead magnets in a tone that’s human, psychology-driven, and engaging. • Newsletter & Lead Magnets: Create and manage newsletter campaigns and lead magnets to grow our subscriber base. • Internal Interviews & Content: Interview team members to extract insights and turn wins, lessons, and stories into content. • Collaboration with Editors: Work with our creative team to brief and coordinate visuals and social media assets. • Performance Tracking: Measure growth across impressions, engagement, and newsletter sign-ups, optimising output for maximum reach. Required Skills and Experience: • 2+ Years of Experience: Hands-on marketing experience in eCommerce or digital agency environments. • Social Media Expertise: Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and Twitter growth strategies. • Strong Copywriting Skills: Proven ability to write content that’s human, authentic, and attention-grabbing. • Content Marketing Knowledge: Experience with newsletters, lead magnets, and basic funnel strategy. • Organised & Proactive: Can plan and execute content consistently without heavy supervision. • Collaborative: Comfortable working with creative teams to bring ideas to life visually. Personality Attributes: • Hands-On Creator: You enjoy writing and producing content daily, not just managing. • Growth-Minded: Excited by building attention and seeing measurable results from your work. • Curious Storyteller: Able to extract interesting narratives from people, wins, and agency culture. • Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Consistently delivers high-quality work with minimal oversight. Benefits: • Competitive Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience. • Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid remote with occasional visits to our Sheffield HQ. • Clear Growth Path: Opportunity to progress to Head of Marketing as the agency scales. • Creative Autonomy: Directly shape our brand and have your work seen across the eCommerce ecosystem. • 21 Days of Paid Leave. If you’re a hands-on content marketer with eCommerce experience and a passion for building brands through social storytelling, we want to hear from you!
