Manager to help elevate our brand and drive consumer engagement across all channels.
Position Overview:
Bona Furtuna is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with a strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to help take Bona Furtuna to the next level. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of building and executing brand strategies that drive measurable growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and DTC channels, while working with product development, sales, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, acquisition, and customer retention.
• PR outreach and relationship building with media, ambassadors, and creators.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage content calendar, promotions, and storytelling across digital platforms including email, social media, and website.
• Oversee paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, Affiliate marketing, etc.).
• Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, email marketing, to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with retail and e-commerce sales teams to develop in-store and online promotional strategies.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize CAC, ROAs, CLV.
• Drive consumer insights, competitive analysis, and category trends to inform brand positioning.
• Partner with creative and agency teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality execution.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of marketing experience in CPG or food & beverage industry (premium or natural/organic brands a plus).
• Proven success in brand building, digital marketing, and strategic campaign development.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics and tools (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for premium food products, sustainability, and Italian culture a plus.
