We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the global online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sector. This role is ideal for someone who understands the dynamics of fast-moving, high-traffic digital platforms and can translate market insights into impactful marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate market research studies and analyze findings to shape campaigns.
• Compile product and service offering lists for stakeholders and partners.
• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify emerging markets.
• Work closely with legal teams to resolve matters such as copyright or royalty agreements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams on sustainable and trending product offerings.
• Partner with product development on specifications including design, packaging, and presentation.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and industry events.
• Provide input on pricing strategies that align with company goals and customer expectations.
• Recommend and manage marketing activities in partnership with advertising and promotion managers.
• Select products or accessories for event showcases.
• Suggest enhancements to products, packaging, and processes to improve sustainability.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience.
• Must have worked in a Travel Tech company.
• CRM Email Marketing – Proven experience creating, managing, and optimising campaigns to engage targeted audiences.
• Calendar Management – Ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, product launches, and stakeholder meetings seamlessly.
• Attention to Detail – High level of accuracy in reviewing campaign assets, data, and project deliverables.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
Technical Skills -
Jira – Strong proficiency in using Jira for task tracking, sprint planning, and workflow management.
CRM Platforms – Hands-on experience with leading CRM/email tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud
