Alkye Services, a boutique digital innovation agency headquartered in Sydney, with global teams in USA, India & UK, is on the lookout for a full-time Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our own brand and two standout ventures: • Merchmix  A next-generation retail analytics and merchandising intelligence platform. • Fittora  An AI-powered fashion styling and ecommerce ecosystem reimagining personalized style. What You'll Be Doing • Develop and own the marketing strategy across Alkye, Merchmix, and Fittora – from brand to demand. • Drive integrated campaigns, product marketing, and performance growth. • Lead execution across digital, content, email, paid, social, and events. • Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more from planning and content creation to scheduling and reporting. • Collaborate with design, development, and leadership to tell compelling product and brand stories. • Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights. What We're Looking For • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally across SaaS, ecommerce, or agency environments. • Strong copywriting, project management, and campaign execution skills. • Proven experience building and managing engaging social media strategies. • A strategic thinker who’s equally comfortable getting into the details and making things happen. • Passion for working in startups, with the flexibility and initiative that comes with it. • Bonus: experience working across multiple brands or managing early-stage product launches.
