About
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way aroundfood marketing-especially if youve worked with UK retailers and want a role where you can truly make your mark.
As thelocal marketing lead for the UK, youll handle everything from product launches and in-store campaigns to sponsorships, trade support, and consumer-facing activity. Its a wide-reaching role with a bit of everything, and no two days will look the same.
Youll be working for awell-known global brandwith a strong presence in both fresh and packaged foods. While youll have the backing of the regional marketing function, the UK team is close-knit and hands-on, giving you plenty of autonomy and visibility.
What Youll Be Doing
• Supporting NPD and product/brand management
• Creating and delivering in-store visibility strategies
• Coordinating projects across packaging, supply chain, and factories
• Managing consumer activities like sponsorships and brand ambassador work
• Leading communications and social media campaigns with agency partners
• Driving marketing innovation projects (e.g. e-commerce initiatives)
• Reporting on market insights, category performance, and consumer trends
• Supporting the sales team with trade presentations and materials
• Managing the local marketing budget
• Being an active part of the regional and global marketing community
What were looking for:
• A background in thefood industry
• Experience working with UK retailersis essential
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and switching between strategy and detail
• A degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience
• Confident communication skills and solid organisational ability
• Someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and internationally
The setup:
• Full-time, permanent role
• Flexibility for 2 days WFH
• Reporting to the Marketing Director while being deeply integrated into the UK team
