eatsleepdoodle Marketing Manager, part-time 12 month maternity cover
We're on the lookout for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to join the eatsleepdoodle team! If you enjoy coming up with fresh ideas, working with a fun and supportive team and seeing your marketing efforts make a real impact, this might be the perfect role for you.
Working closely with the Marketing Assistant, your mission will be to champion the eatsleepdoodle brand, ensuring our messaging is always on point and our marketing efforts are engaging and effective across all platforms.
This is a part-time role and is right for you if you are super organised, efficient and thorough, have a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency; someone who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Weβre a small, passionate team based in Salisbury, and weβd love to find someone who shares our enthusiasm for creativity, educational fun and sustainable gifting.
Here at eatsleepdoodle we make fun, creative and educational gifts, from pillowcases to tablecloths, placemats to pencil cases, all to colour-in and customise with included wash-out fabric pens. If you love colouring as much as we do, then weβd love to hear from you!
As part of the team, your responsibilities will include:
β’ Working closely with and line managing the eatsleepdoodle Marketing Assistant, supporting and guiding where needed.
β’ Liaising with the Marketing Assistant and Sales Manager to finalise the marketing calendar and plans to be implemented across all retail and trade platforms.
β’ Leading the design and production of marketing/sales materials such as posters, pricelists etc.
β’ Working together with the Marketing Assistant to develop ideas for emails, blogs and content β proof reading when needed.
β’ Organising photoshoots for new product launches and updates to photograph bank when needed.
β’ Overseeing image library, ensuring correct labelling and filing. Edit new imagery as required using Photoshop; liaising with Marketing Assistant to ensure all new product imagery is uploaded to all online platforms.
β’ Overseeing the launch of new products. Working with the team to plan emails, content etc. for the best possible launch.
β’ Being on the lookout for new retail and trade platforms that eatsleepdoodle can join, researching the best ones and discussing with the Sales Manager and CEO.
β’ Keeping Shopify website up to date β making sure customer facing site is functional and consistent.
β’ Liaising with third party development team for any website issues
β’ Taking over customer service enquiries β responding to all retail messages within the communal inbox and working with the Sales Manager to respond to wholesale queries.
β’ Keeping track of marketing expenditure β sample sent outs, advertising etc.
β’ Meta/Google advertising, working alongside the Marketing Assistant to create and display online adverts.
β’ Working with the Sales Manager to create a visual plan for stand design at retail and trade shows. Potentially attending these shows when needed.
As part of a small team, we all pitch in where we can, so some duties may fall outside of this list of responsibilities.
This is a fixed 12 month contract.
The role is part-time and hours are open for discussion with the chosen candidate. This role can be hybrid, but as a small team we require at least one day in our Salisbury office.
The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
