At our location in Dubai, UAE we are looking for you as: MARKETING MANAGER (m/f/x) - MIDDLE EAST & AFRICA Your Key Responsibilities Lead Marketing Strategy & Execution β€’ Manage all marketing, innovations, and product launches across Africa & Middle East (including liaising with regulatory) β€’ Develop and ensure execution of joint annual marketing plans with licensee partners and distributors β€’ Align local plans with global brand positioning and ensure consistent brand execution Strategic & Annual Planning β€’ Build 5-year strategic plans with key partners covering portfolio, pricing, media, and competition β€’ Lead development of annual marketing plans with cross-functional input and presentation to Executive Committee β€’ Master value chain and recipe costs to improve profitability in product mix Innovation & Portfolio Management β€’ Oversee local innovation funnel, recipe optimization, and portfolio strategies β€’ Adapt global packaging and claims to local regulatory and consumer requirements Retail, Channel & Media β€’ Supervise retail audits, media pitches, and trade marketing toolkits (ATL, BTL, POSM) β€’ Brief all media and research agencies Partner Engagement & Enablement β€’ Motivate and guide licensee partners/distributors to stay brand-focused and growth-driven β€’ Support sales in acquiring and onboarding new partners Events & Communication β€’ Organize and support trade fairs, customer events, and internal brand initiatives β€’ Ensure effective communication between marketing and field sales teams Your Profile β€’ Completed bachelor's or master's degree in marketing / communication or comparable training β€’ 5-10 years of professional experience in FMCG, preferably in food and beverage international company β€’ Excellent feeling for trends in the FMCG area β€’ Strong experience in social media and e-commerce β€’ Enthusiasm, hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial as well as a high degree of flexibility and agility β€’ Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as above-average commitment β€’ Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working with the willingness to set new impulses β€’ Native / near-native level fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
