Role description
We're looking for a highly organised and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Focused on luxury golf vacation brand, Premier Golf, you'll manage the end-to-end activities of the brand's marketing, from strategy and planning to day-to-day rollout across all channels. Working closely with the group Marketing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and other key stakeholders, this role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This position takes a hands-on approach to all areas of the marketing spectrum, with a digital-first focus. Take ownership of and continue to develop key marketing tools and digital platforms. Work with the marketing executive and agency partners to create seasonal content plans, activities, and campaigns that will drive maximum ROI. Utilize the vastly experienced Premier Golf team and depth of industry expertise to maintain and enhance Premier Golf's luxury brand status, ensuring best-practice marketing communications at all times. Work with Premier Golf's agency partners, ensuring delivery of key strategies, including SEO, PPC, and above-the-line media. This highly creative role will provide the successful applicant with the platform to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive and highly motivated team. Responsibilities: β€’ Develop and execute integrated marketing activities, including new product launches, destinations, events, strategic marketing partnerships, and services β€’ Generate measurable demand and lead generation, resulting in clear ROI β€’ Lead on customer lifecycle management, maximizing customer satisfaction, leading to increased client retention and growth in repeat business for targeted Premier Golf products & services β€’ Manage eCommerce platform growth and performance β€’ Drive B2B partnerships with media outlets, tourism boards, and strategic partners β€’ Manage events, including trade shows and B2C activities across the UCoordinatenate with the team, external partners, and third-party investment to ensure exceptional delivery β€’ Manage budgets and develop forecasting for marketing activities β€’ Lead on the management of the Premier Golf website, utilizing the backend system, WordPress β€’ Build, test, send, and report on segmented email communications β€’ Manage Premier Golf Social Media accounts, develop a plan for activities, and execute, designed to drive engagement and growth across all platforms β€’ Liaising with the product team and supplier to create and fulfil effective and commercially beneficial marketing plans with external suppliers, such as tourist boards or hotels. β€’ Coordinating the production of marketing collateral and creative assets, including creating detailed and effective campaign briefs for designers Requirements β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, or a similar role β€’ A strategic and creative thinker who is outgoing and an effective communicator β€’ Experience working in and building effective teams, managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders β€’ Highly organized and efficient β€’ Detail-focused, self-motivated, and proactive β€’ Experienced at managing projects - including communication, timelines, budgets, and delivery β€’ Experience of working with the US luxury consumer market β€’ Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix β€’ Proven success in working across a variety of offline and digital channels, coordinating multi-channel campaigns β€’ Happy working in a fast-paced environment β€’ Beneficial - A passion for Travel and/or Golf/Sports Benefits We're offering a unique opportunity to become part of a fast-growing online brand in the golf travel industry, with the potential to grow alongside the company.
