Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with sales and product teams to support lead generation, product positioning, and handle inbound inquiries as well as first-line sales requests
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
• Manage online and offline campaigns, including website, email, social media, trade shows, and advertising
• Lead content creation efforts: brochures, presentations, blog posts, product sheets, and press releases
• Plan and oversee participation in industry events, exhibitions, and partnerships
• Track marketing performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs
• Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to improve digital visibility
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in coffee or e-commerce)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
• Experience in lead qualification or inside sales is a strong advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Creative, hands-on, and results-driven mindset
• Experience in event planning, brand management, and campaign execution
• Based in Dubai, UAE
