Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Plan and execute online/email campaigns across Client properties and partner sites • Develop marketing collateral and sales tools for internal teams and events • Collaborate with design to create web content and visuals • Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance • Work cross-functionally to align priorities and manage deliverables Must-Haves: • 3+ years in marketing program management or similar roles • Experience with online/email marketing campaigns • Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics • Strong collaboration and cross-functional project management skills Soft Skills: • Excellent communication • Creative problem-solving • Results-driven and detail-oriented Nice to Haves: • Experience with eCommerce platforms • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies Benefits: • This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan.
