Role description
Mode Search is delighted to be supporting a premium menswear brand with the appointment of a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role, reflecting the brandβs growth and increasing global presence.
The position is a hybrid role 4 days a week in office, and 1 from home. You will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with a small talented team.
The Role
β’ Take ownership of brand and trade marketing activity across UK, Europe and Middle East markets.
β’ Develop and deliver brand campaigns to elevate positioning and drive awareness internationally.
β’ Partner with wholesale and retail teams to create impactful trade marketing strategies and activations.
β’ Collaborate with the Creative Director and internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
β’ Support international expansion with tailored marketing initiatives for new and existing markets.
β’ Work alongside the existing e-commerce-focused Marketing Manager to deliver an integrated, cross-channel strategy.
β’ Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise activity.
Requirements
β’ Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager within the premium / luxury fashion sector.
β’ Strong background in brand and trade marketing, ideally with international exposure.
β’ Demonstrable ability to build and execute 360Β° campaigns that strengthen brand positioning.
β’ Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with creative, merchandising, and commercial teams.
β’ Commercial awareness and understanding of wholesale and retail marketing channels.
β’ Organised, strategic, and hands-on, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
β’ Able to commute to the HQ in Borough, London 4 days a week.
