Studio Underd0g are doing things differently, with a fresh approach to the watch market, they are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and having fun whilst doing it.
Founded by designer Richard Benc, having been in the watch industry for over 5 years, he wanted to create something that he could call his own. Studio Underd0g was a passion-project that has been brought to life thanks to the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the enthusiast community. About The Role:
Reporting to the Founder, you’ll lead Studio Underd0g’s marketing strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, creative, and commercially minded role where you’ll plan and deliver campaigns around product drops and key moments, partner with agencies, and ensure everything we put into the world is on-brand and effective.
What You’ll Do:
Campaigns & Strategy
• Build and execute end-to-end marketing plans around product drops and seasonal activations.
• Align marketing calendars with product, e-commerce, and operations to land launches flawlessly.
Content & Brand
• Oversee content across owned, earned, and paid channels—ensuring a consistent brand voice and look.
• Brief, edit, and approve creative assets; maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Agency & Budget Management
• Manage third-party agencies (performance, creative, PR/influencer) to maximise ROI.
• Own marketing budgets, optimising spend across peak periods and channels.
Events & Activations
• Partner with the events team on global brand activations—pre-, during, and post-event marketing.
Performance & Insight
• Track KPIs, report on performance, and turn insights into actionable improvements for future initiatives.
Skills You’ll Need:
• 5+ years in a similar marketing role, ideally within a product-led e-commerce brand.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand strategy, and multi-channel campaign management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Degree-level education (marketing/business qualifications a plus).
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in (or a strong interest in) watches, or adjacent luxury/lifestyle categories.
• Experience collaborating with creative, media, and performance agencies.
