We're Hiring: Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-focused strategies that drive growth across our eCommerce platforms. This is a hands-on role for a digital marketer who thrives on building brand presence, generating demand, and increasing online sales.
About the Role:
You’ll manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead content and digital initiatives, and optimize every step of the funnel—from traffic acquisition to conversion. If you’re analytical, creative, and ready to make a measurable impact, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, paid media, display, and retargeting campaigns
• Lead content marketing across blogs, product pages, and landing pages
• Oversee organic and paid social media strategy to build community and drive engagement
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets, KPIs, and campaign reporting
• Analyze traffic, behavior, and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure brand and campaign alignment
• Identify and manage affiliate, partnership, and influencer opportunities
• Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lower CAC
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing management
• Proven success in driving traffic and sales for eCommerce brands
• Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Shopify, WordPress)
• Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels, digital ads, and conversion tactics
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and decision-making skills
• Clear communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications:
