This newly created position will report to the Head of EU Markets and will be instrumental in shaping and executing market-specific strategies, combining global brand direction with local customer insight. Key responsibilities: β€’ Develop market strategies for EU in alignment with global brand direction. β€’ Define audience and regional approaches for Germany and France using insights, data, and cultural nuance. β€’ Manage the EU marketing budget to maximise brand and commercial impact. β€’ Lead execution of 360Β° marketing campaigns, ensuring effective localisation. β€’ Own the regional marketing calendar and manage campaign planning. β€’ Collaborate with global teams across Brand, PR, Influencer, Media, and Performance Marketing. β€’ Activate regional initiatives including retail activations, pop-ups, influencer collaborations, and local partnerships. β€’ Champion EU market needs internally, sharing insights and campaign learnings. β€’ Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs to optimise brand and commercial outcomes. Requirements: β€’ Experience in regional or brand marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. β€’ Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans across European countries, with expertise in Germany and France. β€’ Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. β€’ Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch. β€’ Consumer-first mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable plans. β€’ Experience within the EMEA region preferred.
