This role offers the potential to grow into a long-term leadership position, including the opportunity to become a partner with equity and eventually run the company within 5–10 years. Responsibilities include: • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflows • Managing supply chains, logistics, and inventory • Ensuring quality control and optimizing operational processes • Coordinating with vendors, platforms, and team members • Supporting company policies and enforcing best practices • Driving marketing efforts to grow the business with an improving ROI • Reporting on operational and marketing performance and suggesting improvements Qualifications Required • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketing, or related fields • Ideally 8–10 years of overall experience and a strong interest in entrepreneurship • Experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms efficiently • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment • Able to make sound decisions amid ambiguity • Self-motivated and productive when working independently and remotely Preferred (Value Added) • Experience in the textile, bedding, or home furnishings industry • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field Preferred Locations (Remote) for timezone coverage • North America / South America • Europe • Shanghai / Shenzhen / Hong Kong / Malaysia
