Responsibilities: β€’ Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale integrated marketing campaigns. β€’ Manage multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and business objectives. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors. β€’ Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to keep initiatives on track and within budget. β€’ Develop and maintain durable processes to streamline campaign development and execution. β€’ Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives. β€’ Influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in and support for marketing programs. Qualifications: β€’ 5-7+ years of expertise in integrated marketing campaign development and execution. β€’ Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. β€’ Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. β€’ Proficient with platforms like Smartsheet, Confluence, Workfront, etc. to track key project details β€’ A track record of leading complex initiatives from strategy through completion. β€’ Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing. β€’ Experience managing vendor-funded programs. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field β€’ PMP Preferred The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
