Role Description:
Join Tallayne and help drive the success of one of our innovative healthcare brands as a Marketing/Sales Associate. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with our VPs of Marketing and Retail, contributing to a wide range of initiatives—from email campaigns and Shopify updates to tradeshow planning, customer service, and sales support. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Support
• Manage eCommerce tasks in Shopify: product updates, website enhancements, landing page creation.
• Help bring digital projects to life, including the possible creation of microsites or wholesale websites using CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
• Collaborate with design and development teams for continuous site improvement and user experience.
Email Marketing (B2C & B2B)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar.
• Coordinate with social media and creative teams to align messaging and campaign initiatives.
• Assist in campaign creation and performance reporting using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
Product Marketing & Brand Strategy:
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to market and sell products competitively across channels.
Consumer Review Strategy
• Lead initiatives to increase the volume and quality of consumer reviews.
• Analyze review trends and propose next steps to improve customer sentiment and engagement.
Tradeshow & Event Coordination
• Plan, schedule, and support execution of tradeshows and events.
• Manage logistics including shipping, booth setup, materials, and follow-up.
Sales Support
• Design and update branded sales collateral including one-sheeters for events and key stakeholders.
• Manage and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all retail partner platforms (.coms).
Sample Shipment & Inventory Management
• Coordinate and track sample shipments for partners, ensuring all are branded and packed per guidelines.
• Maintain inventory levels of sample products and materials; proactively replenish stock.
• Keep the company storage unit organized and audit inventory regularly.
Data & Analytics
• Pull, analyze, and report KPIs from platforms such as Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Provide insights and performance reports to the marketing and sales teams.
Customer Service
• Oversee the customer service inbox; respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage returns and exchanges in Shopify; identify trends in customer feedback.
Qualifications:
• 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or related role
• Experience with graphic design, including tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Background in tradeshows or events is a plus
