Position: Marketing & Sales Manager – Luxury Fashion E-commerce Location: [Dubai / Hybrid] Reports To: Founder / CEO / Creative Director Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and brand-savvy Marketing & Sales Manager to lead all marketing and commercial growth activities across two luxury fashion e-commerce brands. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the intersection of digital marketing, brand strategy, and online sales. You’ll be responsible for elevating brand presence, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring sustained sales growth while maintaining luxury standards across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution • Develop and implement global marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels • Craft compelling brand narratives and seasonal storytelling aligned with luxury positioning • Lead content creation across social media, newsletters, paid ads, and editorial • Manage PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach • Oversee visual branding across campaigns, site, and digital assets Sales & Growth • Drive e-commerce sales through performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google, TikTok) • Plan and execute seasonal drops, product launches, and exclusive offers • Own sales planning and revenue forecasting • Monitor and improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and retention Customer Experience & CRM • Manage CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo) to segment, target, and nurture customers • Build high-end customer journeys through automation, personalization, and loyalty • Collaborate with customer service and logistics to maintain a luxury experience Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyze marketing KPIs, sales funnel performance, and customer insights • Optimize marketing spend for ROI while maintaining brand prestige • Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and performance metrics What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in fashion marketing, e-commerce, or luxury retail • Proven track record of growing DTC (direct-to-consumer) sales through digital channels • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury fashion consumers • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and influencer platforms • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative startup environments • Experience in global or multi-brand environments • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Arabic) • Salary: AED 8,000.00 and AED 12,000
