We are hiring a "Marketing Specialist" for one of our premium clients, who is the largest furniture manufacturer in the United States and one of the largest in the world.
Earn Up To: $20–$30/hour (Approx. $41,600–$62,400 annually).
What Will You Do?
As a Financial Analyst supporting our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights to management. Your work will influence critical decisions impacting performance, cost control, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for handling confidential information, working across departments, and ensuring the financial health of key distribution functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a comprehensive international marketing calendar by region and channel (in-store, digital, eCommerce).
• Collaborate with global licensees and internal teams to deliver aligned, brand-compliant campaigns.
• Leverage local market insights to create targeted promotions and communications.
• Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze web traffic, campaign performance, and consumer behavior.
• Create strategies around promotional events, mattress campaigns, and localized financing offers.
• Produce competitive analysis and market trend reporting to support growth objectives.
• Partner with external agencies and retail partners to optimize media spend and creative output.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish preferred).
• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2C, multi-retail, or furniture/home goods environments.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing performance tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple markets with varying needs and cultural contexts.
