Role description
The Marketing Specialist role is crucial for developing strategies and conducting both offline and online marketing operations for Medlab and dental brands. Responsibilities include producing messaging, creatives, acquiring leads, supervising marketing campaigns, collaborating with agencies, and developing CRM campaigns for customer loyalty.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
β’ Developing, implementing, and executing offline & online marketing initiatives and activities for all brands. enhance customer experience with the brand online and during exhibitions and events
β’ Identify key business objectives and accordingly strategize short- and long-term marketing strategies which maximize the utilization of the marketing budget and work hand in hand with all internal stakeholders and brand partners to drive business objectives.
β’ Strategizing & planning events pertaining to new brand launches, influencer campaigns, global brand celebrations.
β’ Develop & drive event and conference promotions, customer loyalty programs, and social media campaigns.
β’ work together on the ecommerce with the team to drive traffic & revenue to brand owned websites while implementing relevant marketing strategies, both a mix of paid & organic.
β’ content creation & deployment for all ecommerce website/ social media/
β’ Recruit relevant agencies & partners whenever relevant for various aspects of ecommerce marketing- affiliate marketing, customer loyalty program, influencer marketing, digital analytics & tools, digital advertising, seo, social media campaigns, media planning & buying tie-ups to drive ecommerce sales.
β’ Driving pr & corporate communication outreach activities for the brands.
β’ Manage the standardization of communication tools within the business, through production quality control with the purpose of maintaining company standards.
β’ Work on the promotion offers for the dental brands to maximize both online and offline and generate the efficiency reports of the campaign to make sure they are inline with the pre set objectives.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business management or any related field
β’ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility and leadership.
