Your Next Great Adventure In the Marketing Specialist role, you work to initiate effective marketing campaigns online, and to translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns. Will help develop and implements digital marketing, and e-commerce programs to support sales growth and customer experience. Key Responsibilities β€’ Create and manage marketing content β€’ Maintain MLS listings and developer presence β€’ Support sales offices β€’ Coordinate internal and external events β€’ Capture and edit home photos Success is Built On β€’ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, WordPress, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Demonstrates professionalism, proper etiquette, and exemplary customer service. β€’ Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Solid understanding of office management systems, procedures, and business operations. β€’ Holds a BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or Communications with 2+ years of relevant experience. β€’ Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and delegating effectively. β€’ Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
