Now Hiring: Marketing, Strategy, and Operations Manager
We’re looking for a confident, collaborative, and data-savvy Marketing Strategy, and Operations Manager to lead our growing team of marketing specialists. You’ll bring strategy and execution together, overseeing everything from campaign planning and promotions to cross-functional alignment and analytics. If you're equal parts mentor and project master, love making a plan and seeing it through, and can bring calm to chaos in a fast-paced environment, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
• Be a living example of our core values: we care about people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of marketing specialists while actively participating in day-to-day project execution.
• Own multi-channel strategy, campaign planning, product launches, marketing and sales promotions, and operational workflows.
• Build strategic briefs, define business rules, manage documentation, and oversee pre-flight checks and user testing to ensure flawless execution.
• Collaborate across departments (product development, finance, supply chain, sales, IT, e-commerce, etc.) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Use analytics to measure ROI, identify opportunities, optimize performance, and improve marketing processes continuously.
What You Bring
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience creating and executing sales and marketing plans (bonus if you have international or direct-selling industry chops).
• A proven track record of strong marketing leadership and the ability to build trust and rapport across teams and vendors.
• Stellar communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving and thriving in change.
• Flexibility to work varied hours as needed to support business demands.
