Our experts work side-by-side with clients to design, implement, and maintain customized solutions that offer visibility, automation, and agility in an evolving digital landscape. Operational Coordination • Help coordinate product listings, content updates, and promotional campaigns with internal teams. • Ensure listings are complete, accurate, and in line with platform requirements. • Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams to support order accuracy and delivery timelines. Customer & Competitive Insights • Track customer ratings, reviews, and feedback trends to help maintain account health. • Conduct basic competitive analysis and summarize findings on pricing, product gaps, and market opportunities. We’re looking for someone who: • Enjoys working with data and uncovering insights through structured analysis. • Is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketplaces. • Communicates clearly and can collaborate across marketing, operations, and technology teams. • Brings curiosity and initiative to problem-solving and process improvement. What you’ll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, business analytics, or a related area (internships count!). • Proficiency in managing high-volume Amazon ASIN sku counts (5,000+). • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. • Some experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or Walmart Marketplace is preferred. • Strong interest in learning how online marketplaces work and how data can drive business decisions. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
