The Marketplace Product Data Analyst will be responsible for importing our clients product data - analyzing, optimizing and building data feeds to meet listing requirements for syndication to downstream Marketplace channels. You will be responsible for product categorization, data validation, and error resolution. You will be responsible for all elements of data feed optimization, ensuring adherence to both Feedonomics and industry best practices and documented methodology to ensure a high level of service delivery. You will also work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure clients requests are completed within project deadlines.
Who You Are
β’ Follow best practices to build product feeds, including optimizing, modifying, sorting and filtering mass quantities of product data into optimized product listings for Marketplace channels
β’ Setting up data imports and exports via API, FTP, URL or XML
β’ Use queries and transformers to find and manipulate data for sorting, extraction, and optimization within the Feedonomics UI
β’ Configure and map attributes from various data sources like XML, JSON, CSV
β’ Restructure product data to fit criteria of specific marketplace channels. For example, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Target
β’ Cross-functional collaboration with the Onboarding team to resolve any feed-related issues that come up during Onboarding
β’ Assist clients with resolving outstanding errors after feeds have been pushed live
β’ Document work and update project requests appropriately
β’ Prioritize tasks, including managing ticketing system queue, emails, and other responsibilities
β’ Meet deadlines as agreed to in collaboration with Marketplace Enterprise Onboarding Managers
β’ Use resources appropriately, adhering to policy and best practices
What You'll Do
β’ 1+ year of experience in product data or feed management
β’ Hands-on experience with leading US marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target+, eBay) or social commerce platforms
β’ Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HTML or SQL is a plus
β’ Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
