Role description
Daily Tasks Performed:
β’ Work closely with the development team to oversee the implementation , configuration and debugging of web analytics code , both on the website and Tag Management System (TMS) . Includes deployment activities in Non-Prod & Prod environments.
β’ Develop front-end UI UX for privacy banners with opt-in & opt-out models and personalization scenarios using JavaScript .
β’ Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve privacy-related issues .
β’ Formulate development efforts for customer journey analysis to deliver findings, making recommendation that drive leads, customer engagement and qualified shopping visits.
β’ Deploy A B tests and personalized experiences to improve user experience and key conversion goals using Salesforce Personalization .
β’ Contribute to support prompts and participate in prompt engineering benchmarking experiments and to use Gen AI to manage healthy propensity score for campaigns

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
β’ Experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Tag Management System ( TMS ), OneTrust Cookie tool , JavaScript , jQuery is a MUST.
β’ Especially with Asynchronous Programming and DOM manipulation .
β’ Experience in working on E-commerce websites using Sitecore 10.0 and Salesforce Lighting Web Components technology platforms.
β’ Experience in end-to-end Adobe Analytics implementation supporting projects and production support using Web SDK .
β’ Experience with privacy-enhancing technologies ( PETs ) and encryption methods . Stay up to date with the latest privacy regulations and ensure compliance.
β’ Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR , CCPA and CPRA .
β’ Experience in auditing and debugging Adobe Analytics and third-party tags .
β’ Worked in deploying third-party tags , including maintaining a log of active pixels vs expired tracking pixels.
β’ Experience in integrating with Adobe Analytics APIs , real-time events , Runtime functions , and plugin IDs .
β’ Observe Point tools , MS Office 365 , SharePoint , JIRA & Confluence .
β’ Experience in the development of documentation , deliverables and solutions requirements for web analytics tracking and organizing cookie inventory .
β’ Experience in developing Campaign Templates , Site-wide JavaScript and Content Zones using Salesforce Personalization .
Nice to have:
β’ Have implementation experience with Salesforce Personalization (previously Evergage ) and other TMS solution is a PLUS.
β’ Having knowledge of OneTrust or Trained individual is a plus.
