Role description
Summary We are seeking a passionate, self-starting MarTech PM to join our team and help shape the future of our DDS tooling ecosystem. Length: Through 6/30/2026 Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Role & Responsibilities β€’ Lead the implementation strategy for DDS tooling, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to drive adoption and impact. β€’ Create and operationalize processes for tooling ROI analysis, including defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs. β€’ Manage the DDS content supply chain tooling roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology advancements. β€’ Develop and maintain documentation and leadership-level communications related to DDS tooling and process improvements. β€’ Leverage MarTech and agentic AI experience to solve complex problems and stand up new processes that drive efficiency and innovation. β€’ Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within a highly matrixed organization. β€’ Incorporate AI into workflow improvement Required Qualifications β€’ 5-7+ years’ experience in MarTech and/or e-commerce operations program management β€’ Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience using the following tools in a program management or operations context. These are not optional or learn-on-the-job tools: β€’ Copilot: For PM and communication efficiency β€’ Azure DevOps: Work item tracking and reporting β€’ Excel: Data analysis and validation β€’ Word: Documenting requirements and procedures β€’ PowerPoint: Leadership-ready presentations β€’ SharePoint: Documentation and governance β€’ Teams: Collaboration in hybrid environment β€’ Adobe Analytics and PowerBI: Program reporting β€’ Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): CMS and tooling suite β€’ Operational mindset with strong attention to detail and drive for results β€’ Demonstrated ability to organize information, processes, and workflows β€’ Ability to partner with others to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems β€’ Proven track record of independently prioritizing and delivering on goals in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment β€’ Proven success managing large scale cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of executive maturity, influence and impact β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create a communication strategy that organizes and scales everything from documentation to cross-organizational communications Desired Qualifications β€’ Understanding of industry-standard or purpose-built content management and e-commerce environments supporting production/content authoring, including AI-driven innovations β€’ Proven track record of delivering results and earning trust in a matrix environment β€’ Strong problem solving and analytical skills β€’ Excellent facilitation and presentation skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or similar fields, or equivalent experience β€’ Previous Microsoft experience
