Summary
We are seeking a passionate, self-starting MarTech PM to join our team and help shape the future of our DDS tooling ecosystem.
Length: Through 6/30/2026
Associate Vendors: We are accepting applications from candidates who are currently authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
Role & Responsibilities
β’ Lead the implementation strategy for DDS tooling, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.
β’ Create and operationalize processes for tooling ROI analysis, including defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs.
β’ Manage the DDS content supply chain tooling roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology advancements.
β’ Develop and maintain documentation and leadership-level communications related to DDS tooling and process improvements.
β’ Leverage MarTech and agentic AI experience to solve complex problems and stand up new processes that drive efficiency and innovation.
β’ Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement within a highly matrixed organization.
β’ Incorporate AI into workflow improvement
Required Qualifications
β’ 5-7+ yearsβ experience in MarTech and/or e-commerce operations program management
β’ Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience using the following tools in a program management or operations context. These are not optional or learn-on-the-job tools:
β’ Copilot: For PM and communication efficiency
β’ Azure DevOps: Work item tracking and reporting
β’ Excel: Data analysis and validation
β’ Word: Documenting requirements and procedures
β’ PowerPoint: Leadership-ready presentations
β’ SharePoint: Documentation and governance
β’ Teams: Collaboration in hybrid environment
β’ Adobe Analytics and PowerBI: Program reporting
β’ Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): CMS and tooling suite
β’ Operational mindset with strong attention to detail and drive for results
β’ Demonstrated ability to organize information, processes, and workflows
β’ Ability to partner with others to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems
β’ Proven track record of independently prioritizing and delivering on goals in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment
β’ Proven success managing large scale cross-functional initiatives with a high degree of executive maturity, influence and impact
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create a communication strategy that organizes and scales everything from documentation to cross-organizational communications
