We’re looking to hire a Acquisition Marketing Specialist (Media Account / Project Manager) for an apparel company. β€’ Locations: Hybrid in Ventura, CA β€’ Rate: $35-40/hr β€’ Duration: 3 months to start β€’ β€’ Benefits offered β€’ β€’ This role will be instrumental in managing day-to-day campaign execution, collaborating with digital agencies and publishers, and driving performance through strategic insights. What you’ll do: β€’ Serve as a primary contact for external agencies managing affiliate , paid search, paid social, video, and programmatic campaigns. Escalate strategic questions as needed. β€’ Monitor campaign performance, implement optimizations adjustments to in-market campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategy. β€’ Assist with budget management: prepare monthly spend forecasts, revise insertion orders, and reconcile planned vs. actual spend. β€’ Create trafficking sheets, generate UTM codes, and collaborate with operations to ensure media follows best practices. Build and deploy audience segments across digital platforms. β€’ Conduct research on media platforms, ad placements, and competitive strategies to identify innovative opportunities. Support RFPing of new vendors as needed. β€’ Support direct media buys: negotiate with publishers, implement tracking, align with marketing strategy, and deliver performance recaps. Who you are: β€’ Proficient in digital ad platforms and campaign strategy, with a strong analytical mindset. β€’ Skilled at translating complex data sets into clear, actionable insights. β€’ Experienced in building and managing digital media campaigns. β€’ Proactive and resourceful, with a passion for continuous learning. β€’ Process-oriented, with a focus on improving workflows and operational efficiency. β€’ Detail-focused, with the ability to QA trafficking sheets and ensure flawless execution. β€’ Collaborative and communicative, with strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset. Experience you bring: β€’ 2+ years of experience managing digital media campaigns, either in-house or at an agency. β€’ Experience in ecommerce; apparel industry experience is a plus. β€’ Apparel industry experience is preferred. β€’ Functional knowledge of ad platforms including Google Ads,Reddit Ads, DSPs/Programmatic Display, Pinterest Ads, and Snapchat Ads. β€’ Proficiency in GA4 and familiarity with marketing attribution platforms. β€’ Experience with marketing attribution platforms is a plus. β€’ Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
