Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to run and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snap, Google, and TikTok for PECTIV. You will focus on scaling customer acquisition while keeping CAC low and ROAS high through creative testing and audience optimization. Responsibilities: โ€ข Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Snap, Google PMax, TikTok. โ€ข Manage budgets, bid strategies, TOF/MOF/BOF, Advantage+ campaigns. โ€ข Collaborate with creative team to test โ‰ฅ10 ad variations weekly. โ€ข Analyze campaign data to scale winners and pause underperformers. โ€ข Maintain ad account hygiene and best practices. โ€ข Test audiences, placements, and formats. โ€ข Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates. โ€ข Align ads with landing pages for relevance and conversions. Qualifications โ€ข 3+ years hands-on media buying experience for ecommerce brands. โ€ข Proven results in scaling Meta & Snap campaigns with profitable ROAS. โ€ข Familiarity with Google Ads (Search, PMax, Shopping) and TikTok Ads. โ€ข Strong grasp of campaign structures (TOF/MOF/BOF, Advantage+, retargeting). โ€ข Experience with creative testing, audience segmentation, and budget pacing. โ€ข Comfortable with ad account hygiene and tracking setups (Pixel, GA4, server-side). โ€ข Fluent in English
