From high-growth eCommerce to market-leading lifestyle brands, we manage campaigns that deliver results. The Role We’re looking for a Media Buyer – Google to join our paid media team. You’ll work across Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns for a mix of eCommerce and lead generation clients. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team handling significant ad spend — typically between £50,000 and £250,000 per month across 10–15 accounts. You’ll be responsible for delivering performance, finding growth opportunities, and helping clients achieve measurable ROI. If you’ve got up to 2 years’ experience running PPC campaigns and are hungry to step up in a high-growth agency environment, this is your opportunity. What You'll Do • Manage and optimise a portfolio of 10–15 PPC accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube • Build and scale Google Shopping campaigns and manage product feed optimisation • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities • Create forecasts and contribute to campaign strategy planning • Monitor performance, produce reports, and recommend optimisations to improve ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates • Work alongside the creative and strategy teams to align media activity with broader campaign objectives • Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, betas, and industry best practices • Support in testing new ad formats, bid strategies, and automation tools You Should Be... • Experienced in PPC with up to 2 years’ hands-on campaign management (agency or in-house) • Confident managing budgets at scale and making data-driven optimisation decisions • Familiar with Google Shopping setup, feed management, and merchant centre best practices • Analytical and detail-oriented; you spot trends and can translate them into actions • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Eager to learn, experiment, and keep pace with the ever-changing Google Ads landscape • A clear communicator with strong reporting skills for internal teams and clients Tools & Platforms You Should Know How To Use • Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Analytics (GA4) • Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs • Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting • Feed optimisation tools (e.g. DataFeedWatch, Channable) Perks • £30,000p/a depending on experience • Flexible start / finish times • 2 weeks work-from-anywhere-in-the-World policy • Private health insurance including dental, optical, and mental health support • Company pension scheme • 30 days holiday + bank holidays • Regular team socials and company away days • Pet-friendly Manchester office • Free breakfast and stocked snack bar • Training and development opportunities, including formal PPC courses to support your growth
