The Media Marketing Lead, Paid Social will lead the strategic development and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging luxury-focused channels. This role is pivotal in shaping how our brand is experienced digitally, driving high-value customer acquisition, brand affinity, and revenue growth through sophisticated, data-informed storytelling.

Strategic Leadership
β’ Define and execute a paid social strategy that reflects the brandβs luxury positioning and supports brand, customer and business objectives.
β’ Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of creativity, precision, and performance.
β’ Cultivate relationships with platform partners to stay ahead of innovation and exclusive opportunities.
β’ Develop a vision for the paid social ecosystem and translate into roadmap with action steps, milestones and deliverables
β’ Own the Paid Social Media budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.
Campaign Excellence
β’ Oversee campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative briefing, and media buying with a focus on premium placements and brand-safe environments.
β’ Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are elevated, platform-optimized, and aligned with seasonal narratives.
Performance & Insights
β’ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights that inform future strategy and investment.
β’ Implement rigorous testing frameworks and attribution models to optimize spend and maximize customer lifetime value.
β’ Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
β’ Prepare reporting and insights reflecting campaign performance and learnings for go forward
Cross-Functional Collaboration
β’ Partner with eCommerce, CRM, and Global Brand teams to ensure paid social is integrated across the customer journey.
β’ Align paid social efforts with influencer activations, organic content, and experiential campaigns.
