Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Media Specialist with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience managing media campaigns across search, social, and display channels, and will be responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of multi-channel paid media efforts.
Candidates with experience in live event marketing—particularly in sports, music, or entertainment—will be highly preferred, along with those who have worked with ecommerce product feeds to develop dynamic product ads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, programmatic display, and Reddit.
• Manage budget pacing, bid adjustments, and performance optimization across all campaigns to meet CPA targets.
• Set up and manage A/B tests to continuously optimize creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Develop and manage dynamic product ad campaigns using ecommerce feeds (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog).
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams to align messaging and assets with campaign goals.
• Analyze campaign data and generate regular reports with actionable insights to share with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and forecast campaign performance, staying agile with changes in strategy based on trends and outcomes.
• Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates relevant to D2C brands.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and recommend testing strategies.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, specifically within D2C marketing environments.
• Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across search, social, and display platforms.
• Experience working with ecommerce product feeds to power dynamic product advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.
• Experience working in live event marketing (e.g., sports, music, entertainment) is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
