We’re seeking a Merchandiser (Maternity Cover) to lead the planning and trading of Non-Clothing departments. Responsibilities β€’ Own and drive merchandising strategy to maximise sales and minimise risk. β€’ Collaborate with Buying Teams to build balanced, commercial ranges across all channels. β€’ Lead seasonal range sign-offs and present to senior stakeholders. β€’ Manage OTB, stock levels, and forecasting using tools like WSSI and Range Planner. β€’ Analyse trading performance, market trends, and promotional activity. β€’ Mentor and develop your Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Assistant.
