You'll play a vital role in forecasting, stock control, and trading performance across catalogue and online channels. Package: • Fixed-term maternity cover (starting September) • 22.5 hours per week • Hybrid working: 1 day in Swindon office, 2 days remote • £38,000 FTE salary (£23,000 pro rata) • Flexible hours and collaborative team environment Company: • Multi-brand retail business with a strong mail-order and ecommerce presence • Product areas include home, gifting and lifestyle • Relaxed, positive culture with a can-do attitude • Office located in Cheney Manor, Swindon The Role: • Manage forecasts and budgets across Bloom and Gift Discoveries • Analyse trading performance to inform future product planning • Work with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability • Attend selections and advise on range planning based on data • Optimise stock levels and manage customer backorders About You: • Experienced in merchandising within a retail, catalogue or ecommerce setting • Strong analytical and Excel skills • Commercial mindset and confident with forecasting • Able to build effective cross-functional relationships • Catalogue and web merchandising experience is essential Interested?
