Role description
We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support across e-commerce, assortment planning, and day-to-day merchandising needs.
• This role is through March 2026
• Up to $32/hr - weekly pay
• 4 days a week on-site, 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities
• Support the merchandising team with product setup, SKU creation, and assortment tracking.
• Maintain product detail accuracy, including pricing, naming conventions, and categorization.
• Assist in preparing merchandising reports, sales recaps, and seasonal trackers.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches in partnership with marketing and creative teams.
• Track inventory levels and flag stock-out trends to the team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, updating product trackers, and organizing team files.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, retail buying, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar systems a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
