WHAT YOU’LL DO: As the Merchandising & Ecommerce Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce and product teams in ensuring smooth listing operations, inventory accuracy, and data management across Shopify and Fulfil. You’ll assist in recurring backend workflows as well as ad-hoc product updates, audits, and launches. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and energized by working behind the scenes to keep product listings clean, compliant, and optimized. Key Responsibilities Ongoing Tasks • Link and push inventory in Shopify and Fulfil • Add and maintain detail boxes for product listings • Audit listings in Shopify and Fulfil, identifying and correcting errors • Follow ISU process documentation for consistent product setup • Maintain HS code accuracy; confirm with vendors when uncertain • Create and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) in Fulfil • Measure products for detail i1iboxes and packaging requirements • Support the creation and maintenance of wholesale listings in Shopify (Parts 1–3) As Needed • Perform website maintenance and cleanup projects • Execute listing updates as requested by the Product Team • Support import documentation, including titles, tags, and collection assignments for new product launches • Assist with weekly PDP badge updates • Archive and manage outdated listings in Fulfil WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: • 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, merchandising, or Shopify-based environments • Familiarity with Shopify backend and Fulfil or similar ERP systems • High attention to detail and strong data entry skills • Basic understanding of product categorization, HS codes, and inventory flow • A self-starter who enjoys structured tasks and process improvement • Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for audits and uploads WHAT WE OFFER: • Accrual based PTO • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with • 401(k) with company match • Employee Discount • Professional development opportunities • In-office lunches and lots of free food • Optional in-person and virtual events (we like to celebrate!)
