Job Summary
Optimizes the delivery customerβs shopping experience on 7NOW and 3rd party marketplace applications. Identifies key opportunities to drive sales and grow basket size through bundles, promotions, sampling, and other key assortment drivers. Understands the overall digital strategy to identify future opportunities for sales growth through feature design, pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
β’ Develop delivery-specific promotional campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
β’ Curate the digital merchandising strategy in the 7NOW delivery application for assigned category responsibilities
β’ Provide assortment recommendations based on data insights, history, and external trends in the marketplace to leadership and partners
β’ Understand all category strategies, goals, and challenges to align needs and expectations for quick setup and activation of promotions and advertisements.
β’ Dig into cross-functional processes, understand roadblocks, be a partner, and deploy new features in a swift but accurate manner
β’ Perform competitive benchmarking analysis for key areas of opportunity across the delivery ecosystem
Qualifications
Education and Experience
β’ Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
β’ Years of relevant work experience: 4+ years
Specific Knowledge And Skills
β’ Experience: 4 years+, Category Management, Product Assortment, Digital Strategy.
β’ 2-3 years of Category Management or Retail Analytics, and digital product management
β’ Passion for improving customer experience through compelling digital experiences
β’ Strong use of in-house analytical tools to manage assigned categories
β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams and ability to self-manage based on business needs
β’ In-depth knowledge of the delivery customer, trends, tendencies, and purchase behaviors
β’ Ability to identify and communicate new opportunities based on data reflecting customer engagement and purchase behavior.
This role is based on site in the Irving, TX or Enon, OH Store Support Center.
