We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising Project Manager to lead the development and scaling of a B2B eCommerce fulfillment center. In this part-time role (20 hours/week), you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize platform operations, and enhance stakeholder experience. Accountabilities
• Partner with global cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project roadmaps, strategies, and timelines

• Optimize the fulfillment center using stakeholder feedback, survey data, and business analysis
• Facilitate internal communications including workstream updates, executive briefs, and broad employee messaging
• Leverage best-in-class technology, materials, and systems to enhance fulfillment operations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency
Requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software or technology environment
• Strong proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and technology literacy
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong project management skills, including meeting management and documentation
• Metrics-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience building or managing fulfillment centers is a plus
