Job Summary:
Balsam Brands is a global, omnichannel retailer specializing in Christmas and seasonal dΓ©cor. They are seeking a skilled Copywriter to support promotional campaigns across various channels, producing engaging and persuasive copy that drives customer engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
β’ Write clear, engaging copy for promotional emails, landing pages, paid social ads, and organic social posts
β’ Align messaging with campaign strategy, brand voice, and audience needs across all platforms
β’ Develop compelling headlines, CTAs, and messaging frameworks that drive customer action
β’ Collaborate with channel owners to understand requirements and revise copy based on findings
β’ Adapt messaging for different segments, platforms, and stages of the customer journey
β’ Manage versioning and revisions across campaign assets in line with feedback and delivery deadlines
β’ Partner with designers to ensure copy and visuals align seamlessly
β’ Participate in creative reviews and provide rationale for copy decisions
β’ Communicate clearly with project stakeholders to clarify expectations and meet project timelines
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 5+ years of experience writing marketing copy, preferably in eCommerce or DTC brands
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-based work across email and social
β’ Exceptional command of grammar, tone, and brand voice
β’ Comfortable working with creative briefs, style guides, and feedback cycles
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment
β’ Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions
Preferred:
β’ Familiarity with Figma and/or ClickUp (or similar project management platform)
