Job Summary:

They are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Digital Content Manager to lead the development and execution of optimized digital content for Walmart.com, enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement content strategies across Conair's diverse brand portfolio that support and optimize Walmart.com, building best-in-class playbook improving search and conversion.
β’ Manage the creation and deployment of product detail page (PDP) content, enhanced content (A+), brand shops, and brand storytelling assets for copy and imagery.
β’ Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and copywriters continuously to produce quality, educational, engaging, and on-brand content.
β’ Partner and align content with brand, marketing, legal, and eCommerce teams.
β’ Manage item onboarding, content syndication, attribute mapping, version control, and ongoing maintenance via tools such as Walmart Item 360 and/or Salsify.
β’ Ensure compliance with retail partner content standards and brand style guidelines
β’ Own item attributions and variant setup, ensuring accurate product type classification, variant grouping, and compliance with Walmart's taxonomy to maximize discoverability
β’ Lead a continuous content delivery workstream across digital channels, ensuring agile, iterative updates that reflect business priorities and consumer behavior.
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, legal, brand, eCommerce) to streamline workflows and reduce time-to-market.
β’ Implement and manage processes that ensure timely delivery of assets across platforms.
β’ Monitor content performance and improve SEO, search rankings, and content health scores (Luminate, Salsify, Syndigo)
β’ Utilize data to identify opportunities, make data-driven optimizations to improve engagement and conversion and drive continuous improvement
β’ Conduct A/B testing and iterate on content to improve engagement, findability, and conversion rates.
β’ Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines (brand voice, tone, and style), legal requirements, and platform specifications.
β’ Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and freshness of content.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
β’ 4+ years of experience in digital content management, preferably within a CPG or retail environment.
β’ Proven experience managing content operations or delivery pipelines across multiple digital channels.
β’ Strong understanding of eCommerce content best practices across platforms like Walmart, Amazon, Target, Ulta, and Instacart.
β’ Proficiency with CMS platforms and digital asset management tools.
β’ Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
β’ Familiarity with content syndication platforms (e.g., Salsify, Syndigo) and Walmart platforms (e.g., Item360, Seller Center, Scintilla)
β’ Experience with agile marketing or content ops frameworks.
