Responsibilities: • Oversee product merchandising on Uline.com including improving website features, optimizing search and driving product discovery. • Review product pages to ensure they are consistent in supporting merchandising strategies. • Analyze customer buying behavior to improve related item recommendations. • Educate Merchandising product teams in understanding online product performance. • Collaborate with other departments including Creative, Internet and Paid Search on cohesive online campaigns.
