They are seeking an E-Commerce Product Manager to lead the integration of complex business systems and develop customer-facing features for their website and app, collaborating with developers and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and user needs. Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features. • Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability. • Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives. • Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while advocating for technical best practices. • Drive technical solutioning sessions with IT, ensuring alignment on architecture, data flows, and system design. • Own the product backlog, creating detailed and technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions. • Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations. • Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying and resolving technical issues post-launch. Qualifications: Required: • A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations. • Hands-on experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, data models, architecture). • Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms, and experience in integrating these systems is a strong plus. • Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, agile methodologies, or similar platforms. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs and drive decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
